Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are discretely packaged in plain satchels. We do not write 'Exotic Kiss' on the parcel.

Australian shipping cost is $9.95, FREE SHIPPING over $69. Orders take 2-8 business days.

REFUNDS:

Exotic Kiss offers a 12 month warranty for products that have a manufacturer’s fault. We cannot exchange or refund sex toys if you change your mind. If you are unsure about our 12 month warranty please email fun@exotickiss.au 

Lingerie is a 60 day warranty. Exotic Kiss will replace the product with the same or similar product if it is faulty.
